For today, it’s important to pace all of these runs so you able to get to the barbell and start working through the clusters (squat clean to thruster).   Touch and go on the barbell might be more difficult at the cluster reps add up and the runs get slower.  Singles are ok, but do you best to take minimal rest breaks between reps.
