8 Chest To Bar Pull Ups or 8/6 Bar Muscle Ups

For the power snatch today, be thinking about a weight you do in a max of two sets for the 15.  We are looking at this WOD to be quick, and at high intensity.  If you are proficient in your bar muscle ups, look to do these unbroken although grip will be an issue as the rounds move forward.  If 8 unbroken muscle ups is outside your current level, consider the option of 6 of them.  Do the same for your chest to bar pull ups as well.  Band up as necessary but make sure the band you choose is small enough to still make them difficult.  Remember: Intensity is the purpose of this WOD so transition from movement to movement with a purpose and take minimal rest breaks.
