Longer chipper style ladder for todays WOD. This is one of those WODS where you just put your head down and grind it out. Be smart about pacing this one on the front end of the ladder…..pump the breaks a little bit as this WOD gets more difficult on the way back down the ladder when you’re under fatigue. We are working a lot of push/pull movements today as well as conditioning some of those stabilizing muscles with the TGU. If you normally use a band for your pull ups, you will be doing jumping pull ups today. You will do two bupress and one jumping pull up (so it will be 30 burpees and 15 jumping pull on EACH side of the ladder to equal your round of 30 jumping pull ups). Great WOD to end a solid week of work!
