For today, we are looking for a challenging weight for the hang power snatch. This is a weight you should be able to link all reps. Keep in mind, when we do lifts from the hang position, we really need to focus on bar path and extension. For a lot of us, the full lift (power snatch or snatch) breaks down once we get past the knees. So lets use this session to really focus on bar path through extension.
