For today, we are going to start off with a shorter run and heavier barbell and then move into a longer run and lighter barbell. All of the squats should be unbroken for all rounds.
Leg conditioning and transitions are the focus of the WOD today. Run with intent and pick up the bar as soon as you get to it.
This MAY be one where you can stay ahead of the suck on the first 5 rounder.
The 2nd of the 5 rounds is a bit of a different story. Try to push your run pace even though you’re on legs that might be a little tired. Stride it out (not shuffle). The barbell is going to feel pretty good after doing the heavy reps first.
