Steady and consistent rounds are what we are looking for today in this highly metabolic WOD.  Thruster weight should be something you can do unbroken throughout the 5 rounds for the RX and the RX+ options.  The volume in this will be felt in the later rounds, so resist dropping that barbell when it gets tough….you can recover a little on the burpees and the run (yes…you can recover on burpees and running).  Remember to breathe at the top of the thruster!
