For today, we are suggesting snatch weights at 75, 80, 85, and 90% of your 1 rep max (but not more than the RX+ weight if your 1 RM is over 215).  These snatch can be squat or power (we prefer squat).  The weight should be on the heavy side for you as the reps go down.  This is a good day to push that strength component as you can be saved by the time cap.
