For today, the main thing to think about is what weight to use for your power snatch. In order to hit the desired stumulus of this one, pick a weight that you COULD do 12 reps unbroken if that was ALL you had to do. If that is more than RX but less than RX+, thats totally fine. If it less than RX, that is fine too. Not saying you’re going to do 12 unbroken for the WOD, but at minimum we are looking for fast singles.
