For today, your power snatch and power clean weight will be the same. The power snatch will likely be on the heavier side and something you COULD do 5+ unbroken if fresh. Singles here are ok as we are not focused on barbell cycling for this part.
For the power cleans, we should be looking at either an unbroken effort or a max of two sets. This is where you need to really focus your effort to hold on to the barbell.
