For today, you’re not going to be able to “game” the runs on this one.  Goal is to be able to come in the door, take a quick breath and start working on your S2OH.  For the weights, you need to be increasing each round to a point where you are topping out at a heavy weight for you.  This is definitely going to be one of those WODs where we find out our ability to put a heavy barbell overhead under fairly extreme metabolic and central nervous system fatigue.  Push press, push jerk, split jerk are all options.
