For today, the 500 meter row should be done at your 1,000 meter row pace.  Sprinting this will not be a great idea, but you also don’t want to pace this too much.  For the pull up variations, band up as necessary to complete the work on the rig.  If you don’t quite have those bar muscle ups yet, you will do strict pull ups for the bar muscle up segment OR use an appropriate band that you can do bar muscle ups with.  Jumping bar MU are also ok!

Everyone will do each different variation of the burpee.
