This one is definitely a fast mover!  Small number of reps of each movement lend itself to being a sprint WOD.  This is one you look to do all movements unbroken throughout the WOD (or for as long as you can maintain it).  This is a good one to attack and go as hard as you can for as long as you can.  Make sure you are picking weights that will allow you to do that.
