Just a little twist on the classic “Fran” workout.  For the set of 21, you should be looking breaking this in to a max of 3 sets (8-7-6) or maybe (11-6-4).  For the set of 15, think about this one in 2 sets (9-6) or maybe (10-5).  Look to do the set of 9 unbroken.

For the set of 45 pull ups, think about how you would break sets of 21-15-9 and that would be a good starting point for how you attack these.
