100 Meter Run Between Each Round

For today, you will be doing the DB Snatch with each arm.  So the round of 10 is 10 EACH ARM for 20 TOTAL.  After each round of DB Snatch, you will run 100 Meters.  This includes a 100 meter run to end the workout.

Resist the temptation to get out super hot here.  The aggregate volume of snatches is going to add up fast.  Do your best to keep a steady, consistent pace throughout.
