For this AMRAP, we are looking for a sustained pace throughout the 20 minutes.   Each one of these movements make the movement that follow just a little more difficult.  Think through this as you develop your strategy for breaking these reps up.  For the push press weight, this is a weight you could do 20+ unbroken if fresh.  We aren’t looking to break these into more than three sets.  Toes t0 bar is the “trap” in this WOD.  Break when you want to, not when you have to.
