For this WOD, only one person can be working at a time and you MUST complete each movement before going on to the next.  This WOD is programmed with the idea there will be a fairly even split of work/rest for each partner.  For the pull ups; jumping pull ups from a box or the floor are ok as are banded pull ups.  As a team you can have two ab mats to use for your sit ups.

If the rep numbers are a bit on the high side for your experience level, your Coach will help you find the right rep scheme that will keep you moving through this one.
