Complete For Time:

100 Wall Balls (20/14)(10’/9′)

Every Minute Complete 4 Deadlift

Rx = (225/155)

Rx+ = (315/205)

This will start with 4 deadlifts and continue with 4 each minute until your 100 wall balls are complete.  The weight should be on the heavier side of moderate for you.  Not looking for singles here, so make sure you can cycle your weight for 4 reps.  If you want heavier than RX, but lighter than Rx+, that’s totally fine.  Just find the right weight for you.
