ANNOUNCEMENT:  We are starting our lifting cycle this month.  We will be lifting on Tuesdays and Thursday’s.   The format will be a conditioning workout first and then a lift.  For those not wanting to lift, the session will continue with an additional conditioning workout.  Regardless of which path you choose, your hour will be full!
