We realize you may not know your 1 rep max for the lifts we are doing.  So, go by feel today and we can help you to figure what to use as your 1 rep max for calculation purposes.  This will NOT be an exact science and that’s ok.  IF the weights you are using are too light, make the adjustment for the next session of that lift.  The most important thing you need to do is to TRACK the weights you are doing.
