For today, pick a weight that you could cycle 6-8 times as a touch and go.  Realizing that you may need to break the cleans before the round of 6, use that as the guide for the weight you choose.  As we know with ascending reps scheme WODS, its easy to go out quick in the early rounds so make sure you are deliberate with your transitions so you can avoid getting out too fast.  The real work on this one starts after round 7 when you hit the half way mark of the WOD.
