We know how much you love the bike…which will be a great start to this shorter endurance WOD.  This is one you just put your head down and grind through.  Transition from the bike to the run will be a bit tricky since your legs will be a little tired.  But you will get your legs back about 75 meters into the run.  Efficient hip extension will be the key to moving through the kb snatch and then head out the door for your last 800M Run.  We will finish this one up with some ab work!
