10 Hand Release Push Ups
Steady pace is the key today. Short runs and low reps schemes will mean a lot of transitions so shoot for minimal rest between movements. Thruster weight is moderate and should be done unbroken throughout. Push ups will get tougher as the rounds go on. If this is a movement you struggle with, consider breaking them up in to sets of 6-4 from the start. Even though you will feel fresh, it may make sense to break them up as this is a movement you don’t want to do to failure because it takes time to recover if your burn out.
