For today, we should be looking to do the wall balls in as few sets as possible, if not unbroken each round. Row pace should be your 500m pace and a pace in which you can get right off the rower and get to work on the wall balls. Sit ups will definitely have a little impact on the row in the later rounds, but shouldn’t be a factor in your pace. In our bigger classes, we will waterfall this start so think about teaming up with someone that will go at about your pace so you don’t wait on the rower.
