For today, this is one where we aren’t looking to do any one part of this workout at high intensity. Our aim today is a steady pace with intentional breaks with the barbell and the box jump up & overs. The WOD is NOT won on the first 800 meter run. Especially if it comes at the expense of more and longer rest breaks. If there is more left in the tank, the final 800 meter run is where you can push it.
