Steady pace is the key today. Don’t get out too hot on your first round…this is one where slow is fast and fast is slow as we are looking to be consistent from round to round. IF there is something left in the tank, push the pace on the final round. Front squat weight should be something you can get through the majority of the workout in unbroken sets.
