1 Rope Climb

Short runs and low volume on the rope will make this WOD one you can either use as an active recovery or as a WOD to really push the pace on.   If rope climbs are a skill you are working on, today is a good day to try some in the WOD.   A good strategy for this is to maybe do the rope climb every other round and either a seated rope climb or strict pull up for the alternate rounds.
