A few things to consider with this one. This first is the time frame. 25 minutes should be a good clue that this one is a pacing WOD where you look to keep a consistent, steady pace. The second is the weights we are looking for. With the same weights for the barbell movements, you should be looking at a weight you won’t have to do singles on for the power cleans, as well as a weight you won’t have to break the shoulder to overhead (until the later rounds if you MUST). Breaking the S2OH will just leave you having to do more power cleans. With 25 minutes and 15 reps each round, you will get plenty of work on the power cleans.
