After a couple longer WODS this week, we are looking to speed things up today.  This is one where you want to do your best to hit big sets on your wall ball (if not unbroken).  The height you choose for the box changes this WOD a little.  The higher box will no doubt slow the cycle rate of the box jump, but require more output.  So, pick what’s best for you today!
