We have given a lighter option for the thrusters for this wod. The actual RX weight for this HERO wod is (95/65).
For today, a good strategy is to break the pull ups into manageable sets as the bulk of your time will be spent here. Smaller sets with less rest breaks are the way to go. For your thrusters, if 21 unbroken isn’t in the cards, consider doing as 12-9 or even 8-7-6. We will have plenty of options for the 50 pull ups so don’t stay away from this one because of the pull up volume.
