For today, you have the option of doing the scaled version of the workout to get a feel for what the scaled workouts for the CrossFit Open is all about.  The 2020 CrossFit Open is about 2 weeks away so we wanted to give you an idea of the types of workouts you will see in the RX and Scaled divisions.  We would encourage everyone to participate in the Open and we are working to put together something fun to do as a gym.  More to come in the next week.

The RX and Scaled options aren’t the only choices you have for this WOD for the class workout.  We can modify the weight and the bar muscle ups to something other than the jumping chest to bar.  Your Coach can help you with this.  

Oh…and at the end of your 7 minute AMRAP, you will have a 3 minute rest before we start Part 2 of the WOD
