For today, the limiting factor for many may be the floor press weight. Keep in mind, you will be using the same weight throughout the wod. If the floor press weight is light for the back squat and power cleans, pick up the pace for those movements. This applies if you are using less than the Rx weights as well.
The programmed weights are the suggested weights for this WOD. Having said that, make sure you pick a weight that will challenge you. If 185/125 is too heavy, you may consider 155/105 for your weights. Your Coach can help guide you in the right direction.
