For today, we have a new movement in the burpee box get overs.  For this movement you will use your hands to assist you over the box.  Similar to how you would jump over a fence.

For your power clean weight, this should be on the heavy side and definitely singles for reps.  If the RX is too light and the RX+ is too heavy, let’s find the best weight for you.
