For today we are looking at a weight that is something you could cycle 5-8+ unbroken touch and go reps with when fresh. The idea behind the weight is it shouldn’t be something you have to do singles (we don’t want the 35 power snatch to be all singles) with from the start, so picking a moderate load is best for you today. For the 2 minutes, singles are ok but try to do the first few as touch and go reps if you can.
