Goal for today should be to push the runs a little and to do the wall balls in no more than two set (unbroken if possible). Burpees should be done at a consistent pace. The low volume of wall balls and burpees should be a good indicator that this is a wod where we are looking to challenge you in terms of getting a bit uncomfortable. For the wall balls, lets focus on breathing through these by taking in a breath at the top of the movement.
