For today we are looking at a couple of sprint efforts.  The thruster weight for the 30 reps is something you could do 21+ unbroken if fresh.  In other words, this should be on the lighter side for you, realizing it might be a bit tougher to get the really big unbroken set after the push ups.  For the set of 20 thrusters, we are looking at a weight that will be on the heavier side for you and one you MAY have to break into smaller sets.  Regardless, you will need to pick two different weights for this.  Get with your Coach to talk about your pull up and chest to bar pull up options.
