For your weights today, the deadlift should be on the moderate side as far as weight.  Thinking 3 sets at most to get to your 21 Reps.  That should be your guide.  For the OHS, again, we are looking at a moderate load with the same idea of 3 sets at the most to get to your 21 reps.

HSPU modification will be seated double db press.

For the HSPU, if you have them but 45 is just a bit much, consider doing half HPSU and half as seated db press.

Both of these couplets should be treated as a sprint effort for you.
