800 Meter Run Between Rounds
For today, pick a weight that you could do somewhere between 12-15 unbroken if fresh. We should be looking to cycle the reps vs doing singles. Singles are ok after you have linked some reps but we definitely don’t want the majority of the reps to be singles. For the bar dips, we will work with you to determine the best way to link multiple reps here. Banded, jumping or assisted with your legs are a few options.
There will be an 800 meter run between rounds for a total of (2) 800 m runs.
