The first announcement of the 2020 Open will be Thursday night at 6:00pm. We will do Open WOD 20.1 on Friday. As far as programming for the week goes, we really have no idea what the Open WODS will be, so it is safe to assume you will see some redundancy of movements on Friday. We will do our best to have less repeat movements as the Open progresses and more and more movements appear in the Open WODS.

Tabata is 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest for 8 rounds (4 Minutes). Your score will be the TOTAL of all reps across the 4 movements of the Tabata. You will remain on each movement for the full 8 rounds before moving on to the next movement.
The key to Tabata workouts is to hit the 20 seconds of work with maximum effort. So, pick weights for your wall ball and power cleans that you can complete the 20 seconds of work without resting during the 20 seconds.
