For the “death by” portion of this WOD, you will start with 3 reps of EACH movement that will be done within a minute. You will add 1 rep to each movement every minute until you can no longer perform the amount of reps within a minute. Once you fail to complete the required work, the WOD turns into an AMRAP with a 15 minute total time.
