For today, in the first 3 rounds, we are looking to move the barbell efficiently with minimal breaks in the sets of 10.  In the second round, this is a weight that you could cycle for 3-6 reps if fresh.  Singles are ok as long as there aren’t big rest breaks.  For the last round, this will likely be a weight you will have to do singles.  Again, we want to continue to move through this with some sense of urgency.  This is not a WOD where are are looking for slow singles with the barbell.  So keep that in mind as you pick your weight.   We will adjust the pull up variations depending on where you are with these movements.
