16 Minute EMOM

Min 1 = 15/10 Cal Bike

Min 2 = 15 Plate Ground To Overhead (45/25)

Min 3= 15 Lat Sit Ups (20/14)

Min 4 = 20 Walking Lunges

Today we are looking at a WOD where we get through these movements by pushing the pace a bit to allow for recovery time within the minute.  Our goal here is to workout some of the soreness and get you primed and ready to go for Friday!   Keep an eye out for the 970Open Rules on our social media.  We are looking forward to celebrating fitness and community over the next 5 weeks of the Open.
