For today….RUN the runs.  This is a 3 rounder with fairly low volume so we are looking at an almost sprint effort on this.  Be efficient on the bar facing burpees (don’t redline here) so you can go right into your setup on the barbell and begin to cycle through your cleans (YES SQUAT!) and clusters.
