For today, here are a couple things to think about on this one.  First, for the gymnastics portion, the strict pull ups should be done with as little assistance as possible (use a smaller band than you normally would).  If  you’re doing ring muscle ups and the 6 reps are a bit too much, do what you can and then count attempts.   This has a 15 minute time cap, so you can’t spend too much time on the rig/rings but we want you to work on these movements.

For the weight on the power snatch, we are looking to go on the heavier side with a weight you will likely have to do singles.
