*Pick a weight on the snatch you can cycle all 3 reps for each of the 10 rounds without breaking those up. Choose a weight that might be challenging, but a weight you are comfortable maintaining 3 reps each round without dropping the barbell. Use a band for the strict pull-ups if needed.
