20 Minute EMOM

Minute 1 = 20/15 Lat Sit Ups (20/14)

Minute 2 = (15/12)(20/17) Cal Assault Bike

Minute 3 = 14 Front Rack KB Lunge (53/35)

Minute 4 = 5 Strict Pull up + 5 Ring Dips or 5/3 Ring MU

Not your typical EMOM here.  There most likely won’t be a lot of built in rest here so keeping a consistent pace for each movement is going to be the key.  Your rest will likely be in your transitions.  Looking to really test some capacity today as the volume in this one builds up.
