Pull Ups

Pace is important on this one as the early rounds will go by quickly.   Set a deliberate pace on these rounds knowing the real volume starts after the round of 7.  Jumping pull ups would be the preferred scaling option for today vs a band.  Transitions in and out of the band will slow the desired intensity level of this WOD so if you can do jumping pull ups, then do so.
