20 Minutes to Build to A Heavy 3 Rep Max

For today, let’s give those legs a little break as we work up to a heavy 3 rep max hang power clean. Our main focus today is on technique and explosiveness through the hips. Let’s build as heavy as we can go with an emphasis on technique.
For the Tabata, you will have 20 seconds of work and 10 seconds of rest for 8 total rounds (4 minutes). These should be all out efforts for each 20 seconds of work.
Score will be Cals on the rower and total reps of T2B.
