Today we are alternating barbell movements from a pulling from the floor to a hang position lift.  Both will require aggressive movement through the hips to move the barbell up.  Our box jumps are going to require the same hip drive as the barbell so this one is going to get a little taxing through the hips/core.  The higher reps sets of 27 and 21 will most likely need to be broken into at least two sets.  For the box jumps, just keep moving.  Jump down, step down or rebound are all ok with the idea that we want to grind through these like we did the burpees in the Open WOD.
