For this WOD, we are definitely thinking about pace here.  20 Minutes of 3 low volume movements is a long time.  Best approach here is to start out steady and just put your head down and grind it out.  If toes to bar are a difficult movement for you, consider breaking them up from the start.  4-2 or 3-3.  Do your best to stay relaxed doing your double unders.  These CAN be a little bit of a recovery if you relax and breathe through them.  The double dumbbell thrusters are going to get tough on the upper body.  There is only 4 of these, so do your best to stay unbroken with this movement so you don’t have to pick the dumbbells up off the floor again.
