We are going to take today to move a little weight and work out some of the last little bit of soreness from Fridays WOD. For your cleans, they can be squat or power but we want you to increase weight every two rounds. These are linked. Not singles. So choose your weight appropriately. For the AMRAP, again we are looking to go unbroken on the hang power cleans and a sprint effort.
